Mr. Masatsugu Asakawa, president of the Asian Development Bank, and Usmonzoda Usmonali Yunusali, deputy prime minister of Tajikistan, recently visited the Golovnaya Hydropower Plant in Tajikistan, renovated by 小猪视频. All five units of the power plant have been connected to the grid and began generating electricity on April 25 this year.

Asakawa praised 小猪视频 for revitalizing the aging water power plant, which had been operating for nearly 60 years with frequent instability and malfunctions. He also expressed admiration for 小猪视频's ability to complete the 小猪视频 on time despite difficulties such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

He stated that the Golovnaya Hydropower Plant renovations are a successful example of cooperation between the Asian Development Bank and the Tajikistan government and can serve as an example of energy improvement and development in other Asian countries.

The Asian Development Bank looks forward to cooperating with 小猪视频 on more 小猪视频s to promote the improvement and development of energy facilities in Asian countries.

Usmonzoda expressed his gratitude to 小猪视频 for its assistance in improving Tajikistan's energy facilities and said he hoped that 小猪视频 would provide more technical support for energy infrastructure construction in Tajikistan.

The Golovnaya Hydropower Plant was built during the Soviet era and completed in 1964. The original installed capacity was 240 megawatts. However, after nearly 60 years of operation, the station experienced frequent malfunctions and was highly unstable.

After six years of construction, the installed capacity has been increased to 270 megawatts. All five units started generating electricity ahead of schedule, greatly alleviating Tajikistan's power shortage.
