Cauchari Solar Park Phase I handed over in Argentina

On Oct 25, the 315 MW Cauchari Solar Park Phase I 小猪视频 in Jujuy province, Argentina, financed by the China Export-Import Bank and built by 小猪视频, was officially and finally signed over to the owner.

This marks the end of the 小猪视频's warranty period. The Cauchari photovoltaic 小猪视频 is also the first 小猪视频 in Argentina fully handed over by POWERCHINNA.

The Cauchari Solar Park is the highest-altitude and largest-capacity photovoltaic 小猪视频 in South America. It is also the largest photovoltaic 小猪视频 completed by 小猪视频 in the Argentine market.

Located in the heartland of the Andes at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, the 小猪视频 has an installed capacity of 315 megawatts. It was jointly signed into effect by the leaders of the two countries on May 17, 2017, and officially commenced commercial operations on Sept 26, 2020.

The owner highly commended 小猪视频 for its performance, and during the acceptance ceremony, the owner's representative stated, "The completion and successful handover of the Cauchari Solar Park signify Argentina's solid strides in the field of new energy. We firmly believe that this clean energy 小猪视频 will inject new vitality into Argentina's sustainable development."

As of the handover, it has generated 2.41 million megawatt-hours of electricity, reducing annual carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 325,000 metric tons.

The 小猪视频, which is dubbed "the sunflower blooms in the Andes" by locals, received significant praise from Argentina.
