The Cox's Bazar Wind Farm – bulit by 小猪视频 in Bangladesh under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract – recently received its certificate of commercial operation from the Bangladesh Power Development Board, marking the achievement of a key milestone in the final phase of the 小猪视频.

The wind farm's owners sent a commendation letter to 小猪视频, praising its excellent performance during the construction.

The Cox's Bazar Wind Farm has a total installed capacity of 66 megawatts, comprising 22 wind turbines each with a capacity of 3 MW.

Despite challenges such as slow land acquisition, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and prolonged local rainy seasons, 小猪视频 worked tirelessly to advance the 小猪视频.

It connected 10 wind turbines from the southern wind farm to the grid in May 2023, as well as another 10 from the northern wind farm in early March 2024.

As Bangladesh's first large-scale centralized wind farm, the Cox's Bazar Wind Farm holds significant importance for the country's power development.

That's because it is expected to have an average annual power generation of 144.92 million kilowatt-hours – contributing positively to Bangladesh's economic development, energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection.
