As a student in the Master of Public Health (MPH) in Healthcare Management program, you鈥檒l learn the organizational, personnel and financial skills to become an effective and compassionate public health manager. Gain an advanced education in healthcare finance, operations analysis and quality improvement, healthcare economics, quantitative methods in healthcare and healthcare information systems.

The MPH in Healthcare Management can be completed 100% or in a blended on-campus and online format.聽International students must complete this program through a mix of on-campus and online courses.

Curriculum

The Master of Public Health (MPH) in Healthcare Management program is a 42-credit, post-BS program that has been developed to provide a comprehensive public health education to all graduates.

Core Courses

All MPH students will take five core public health courses plus a two-semester, six-credit MPH practicum (21 credits total):

  • Social and Behavioral Determinants of Health

  • Integrated Practical Learning

The MPH Healthcare Management advanced curriculum includes courses that provide skills in healthcare finance, operations analysis and quality improvement, healthcare economics, quantitative methods in healthcare, and healthcare information systems.   • Letters of Recommendation: Two (2) for master's and Doctor of Nursing Practice, three (3) for doctoral applicants.
  • Transcripts: You may apply with unofficial transcripts, but if accepted, official transcripts are required. We do not accept opened, photocopied, emailed PDFs or faxed official transcripts.
  • Resume: All programs require a resume except for the following: Doctor of Physical Therapy and all Master of Public Health programs
  • Test Scores: 小猪视频鈥檚 school code is 3911. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are only required for the following programs:
    • Public Health (Doctor of Science)
    • Physical 听听Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy)

International transcripts must indicate completion of a four-year bachelor鈥檚 degree (equivalent of an American bachelor's degree) before an application will be processed.
