Public Administration
Jessica Amedee interned at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as the university鈥檚 first Civic Action Project fellow. The program for UMass graduate students in public policy and related fields introduced her to a network of inspiring professionals.
I met a number of people I would be able to reach out to. I also met great people from the other UMass campuses.

The Model U.N. program and a semester interning and learning in Washington, D.C., helped Alejandro Lopez put economic and political theory into practice - and paved the way for a successful career.
The chance to travel and experience a new country each year with the Model U.N. team has given me a college experience I never could have imagined.

Erin McGuire has been able to ease into her new job as staff geologist at Nobis Group in Concord, N.H., while putting the finishing touches on her bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental science with a geoscience option.
